The Blind Ladies offering elegant window treatment solutions for over 10 years

The Blind Ladies got started in about 1995 originally as J & J Custom Blinds. It began as a husband-wife team. Joan would go do the estimates and Jim would install the blinds. That ended quickly due to the fact that Jim did not want to spend his spare time installing blinds as he had a full-time job, which kept him very busy. So Joan decided to go it alone & learned how to install blinds.

In 1998 Joan formed a partnership and changed the business name to The Blind Ladies. The business has expanded to include all types of window treatments: blinds, shades, plantation shutters, and custom designed window treatments.

The business is now a corporation in the State of Georgia. Joan is involved in community work and is involved with the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, the Snellville Commerce Club, and the Grayson Business Association.
